Kim Castelda is a strategic human resources consultant with over 20 years of experience as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, driver of human-centered initiatives that result in organizational success. She is a seasoned change agent, relationship builder, and innovator that drives and delivers results.

 

During her career Kim has coached, mentored and advised over 1,000 leaders from higher education, life sciences, medical device, manufacturing, and technology sectors encouraging them to create an environment of accountability and ownership.  She spent over 12 years at Harvard University and most recently she served as Bullhorn’s Chief People Officer.
