I dedicated the last 20 years of my career to healthcare and higher education, building great high performing cultures and finding exceptional talent. I have worked at multiple world class organizations: Brigham and Women's Hospital, New England Baptist Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess, Harvard University and Harvard Law School.  I have come to appreciate that there are those select few that just have it, innate talent and a drive and passion to outperform the status quo.  At The HiPo Network I find and develop leaders that dare to challenge the status quo and affect change. Leaders who continuously improve margin/efficiency to expand mission. The architects that drive strategy and dream big. Leaders who believe success is possible and always find a way to deliver results. Leaders people want to follow. These are the high potential/high performers I seek to introduce you to and develop.
